We are looking to hire Business Change Consultants within our consultancy firm who have 3 or more years’ experience in a corporate setting.

Key responsibilities:

You will be responsible for understanding a client’s business, the data used to support it, ensuring business continuity of data intensive operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding the client’s business and the data that supports it
  • Maintenance of data intensive operational processes
  • Troubleshooting data quality problems
  • Enhancements of existing report automation
  • Producing and communicating summary views (with backing detail).
  • Make sure the data platforms and processes are running well, both in data collection, integration and processing
  • Monitor and manage data quality processes and data integrations
  • Perform corrective and evolutive maintenance of all the data exchange and data solution processes
  • Responsible for the quality and security of data
  • Ensure the quality of service; responsible for user support and help desk
  • Iron out technical issues and/or help in technical improvement, cascade to development teams
  • Document data operations and monitoring solutions in clear, concise guides

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Basic knowledge of Javascript language: constants, variables, functions, arrays, if statements, for loops, while loops.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Apps Script: read data from spreadsheets, transform data in code, write data to spreadsheets.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL: SELECT, INSERT INTO
  • Experience with creating reports.

Senior Business Development Executive

Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic, established and growing consultancy firm. This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of growing VISION through developing existing customers and introducing new ones. This is a varied role for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to gain experience across the full scope of a business. To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality while understanding your customer and develop offers to meet their needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Understanding VISION’s offerings and being able to effectively communicate them
  • Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Finding and developing new markets
  • Networking and building relationships with potential clients
  • Increasing the value of existing clients while attracting new ones
  • Managing the sales cycle from the initial conversation with customers to securing a deal and then creating long-term partnerships
  • Creatively managing business accounts
  • Producing and managing a comprehensive business forecast which is in line with companies’ requirements
  • Developing and maintaining personal knowledge of priority sectors; market trends and routes to markets
  • Continually develop your knowledge and skills to ensure they remain current and active
  • Contributing to the development of VISION across Ireland and the UK
  • Flexibility required for travel (local and National) with a full clean Driving Licence

Experience:

  • A proven track history of delivering against a sales target and managing customer accounts
  • Experience presenting consultancy services to a specific market
  • Experience in establishing, nurturing and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Experience with sales performance metrics and target driven organisations
  • Knowledge of Utilities industry highly desirable
