Business Change Consultant

We are looking to hire Business Change Consultants within our consultancy firm who have 3 or more years’ experience in a corporate setting.

Key responsibilities;

VISION’s Business Change consultants are responsible for working with individuals and teams to implement new working practices and to produce a business result.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building strong relationships with teams and individuals.
• Taking responsibility for managing and coaching a team to produce a measurable business result
• Working with a team to implement new processes, practices and tools that produce a business result
• Coaching individuals to generate a new type of action.
• Working through resistance and reaching resolution.
• Continuously measuring progress against result promised and designing new actions as appropriate.
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Reporting on progress against promised business result

Senior Business Development Executive

Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic, established and growing consultancy firm. This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of growing VISION through developing existing customers and introducing new ones. This is a varied role for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to gain experience across the full scope of a business. To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality while understanding your customer and develop offers to meet their needs.

Type: Permanent

Salary band: Negotiable

Key responsibilities:

  • Understanding VISION’s offerings and being able to effectively communicate them
  • Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Finding and developing new markets
  • Networking and building relationships with potential clients
  • Increasing the value of existing clients while attracting new ones
  • Managing the sales cycle from the initial conversation with customers to securing a deal and then creating long-term partnerships
  • Creatively managing business accounts
  • Producing and managing a comprehensive business forecast which is in line with companies’ requirements
  • Developing and maintaining personal knowledge of priority sectors; market trends and routes to markets
  • Continually develop your knowledge and skills to ensure they remain current and active
  • Contributing to the development of VISION across Ireland and the UK
  • Flexibility required for travel (local and National) with a full clean Driving Licence

Experience:

  • A proven track history of delivering against a sales target and managing customer accounts
  • Experience presenting consultancy services to a specific market
  • Experience in establishing, nurturing and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Experience with sales performance metrics and target driven organisations
  • Knowledge of Utilities industry highly desirable

Key skills:
