Reena is responsible for the planning and delivery of projects on time and within budget, and for ensuring that the commitments VISION makes on projects meet the aspirations of our customers. She has managed many of our recent engagements in the financial services sector and within utilities, recruitment, and health services.
In addition to leading and managing projects, Reena has developed unique diagnostic skills which are critical in understanding our client’s ambitions and concerns as well as the needs of their customers. She also coaches senior and emerging leaders and leads workshops on Commitment-based Management™, leadership, effective collaboration, and culture change.
Reena spent 10 years improving customer service and debt-counselling practices at leading multinational banks HSBC and Citibank.
