Charlene is an Engagement Manager who has been working with VISION Consulting since 2019. She has a wealth of experience, leading and driving large-scale transformational change, particularly in the public sector and retail environments. Charlene has strong people skills and is comfortable working closely with all levels of stakeholders as well as managing teams on a day-to-day basis.

Prior to joining VISION, she worked as an internal change expert at Dixon’s Carphone and Sainsbury’s, and as a Project Manager at PwC. She is experienced in delivering change programmes across a wide number of functional areas – commercial, distribution, HR, and IT as well as core project methodologies and techniques. Charlene is comfortable working at pace and in challenging situations. She is an experienced practitioner of Commitment-based Management™, VISION’s methodology for producing high and sustainable levels of business performance.

Within VISION, Charlene most recently led the Get to Site in Half the Time Scottish Water Programme in DV2 where the team made significant operational and transformational improvements.
