Gearóid is an Engagement Manager and Executive Coach specialising in utilities, infrastructure, and complex public service environments. A former Captain in the Irish Defence Forces, Gearóid is known for operational precision and the ability to mobilise leaders and teams at pace in high-pressure, highly regulated settings. He specialises in translating strategic intent into measurable action, ensuring change is delivered at every level of an organisation.

• Reducing customer complaints by 48% in a UK water company while lowering regulatory exposure.
• Delivering 15% TOTEX savings and a 50% reduction in customer interruptions within a major UK power distribution business, generating over £2 million in savings

As part of VISION’s work with the HSE during COVID-19, Gearóid played a key operational and coaching role in the national response, establishing eight Contact Tracing Centres in eight days and training 5,000 vaccinators within five months.
