The Opportunity

VISION Consulting Engagement Managers are responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver the overall result promised to the customer.

What You’ll Do

Own the overall goal and project delivery, identifying breakdowns and blockages and intervening to ensure the promise is delivered.
Become familiar with and use VISION’s Commitment-Based Management™ practices to deliver the project.
Lead and facilitate meetings, presentations and workshops with the internal team and the client.
Manage key stakeholders and ensure their satisfaction, interpreting and addressing their moods and concerns and intervening as appropriate.
Assess and ground the value being produced, and manage the value conversation with the client.
Manage project costs and profitability and produce value for VISION.
Manage and develop the project team, ensuring each person delivers on their project promise and develops throughout the engagement.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who wants to join an environment where they will be continuously challenged and supported to develop.
A track record of successfully delivering projects, with at least five years’ project management experience in the construction or utilities industry.
A continuous focus on delivering value to customers.
The ability to build and maintain a strong network of business relationships.
Confidence presenting to large groups in an engaging manner.
An active interest in changes and developments across the business and wider community.
Strong listening skills and attentiveness to the nuances of communication.
The ability to write thoughtful, clear and grammatically correct prose.
