Darren joined VISION in 2019, having previously led Digicel’s (telco) inclusive business partnerships in Papua New Guinea. Darren has led a number of transformation projects in the utility sector in both the UK and Ireland since joining VISION.
Darren Leads productivity and project delivery engagements in the utility and construction sectors for VISION applying VISION’s CbM approach and Lean methodologies.
Working with Cadent Gas in the UK, Darren introduced new planning and operating practices that drew on field insights and increased jobs completed per week by 20%. With Irish Water, Darren helped to complete a pilot project to demonstrate how projects can be delivered to site in half the time while reducing the resource cost by 10%. With SSE, Darren completed four integrated work streams that delivered a 20% cost reduction for two pathfinder capital projects.
