- we concentrate on the promises our customers' make to their own customers and then set about preparing our clients to fulfill and exceed through tailored practices and technologies
- we implement rapidly, iteratively, identifying and prioritising changes that can produce serious and immediate impacts
- we focus on the delivery of the project's benefits. We insist that all involved - our people and our client's people -- accept responsibility for meaningful outcomes of each component of the project and we manage the contingent risks
- we measure ourselves on the basis of the return on investment we produce for our clients, and their clients. This applies equally to the overall objectives for the project and those for each constituent part.
