The Relationship Manager will be responsible for holding the key relationship with the customer in an account, building a long term partnership with the client, working with the delivery team to ensure successful delivery of projects and managing the flow of existing and future revenue from the accounts.

Working with the sales and business development manager the relationship manager will assist in planning, organising and delivering client requirements.

The Business Design Consultant will be working as part of a VISION team on client engagements, partnering with a Senior Business Consultant, and a Design Manager to design more effective business processes and to implement them. This challenging role requires an energetic consultant who has experience in designing and implementing innovative solutions as part of a design team.

• Work as a integral member of a change management programme
• Assist in the adaptation and design of process improvements.
• Design the articulation of roles & responsibilities & organisational architecture.
• Interview clients at peer/senior level, makes assessments & an initial diagnosis.
• Participates with the team to plan the implementation of the design into the business.
• Facilitates workshops with clients
• Produce and maintain waste measurement and elimination models
• Produce detailed process design materials and workshop outputs
• Produce gap-analysis and business case model
• Manage specific project related design material
• Trains or coaches clients in a new practice that has been designed

• You must have at least 3 years industry experience in Business Process Re-engineering, Change Management and/or Organisational Development.
• You have past experience of working in any of the following industry sectors - Financial, Telecoms, manufacturing or call-centre.
• Experience of diagnosing and measuring wasteful practices within a business process
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel with experience of process data modelling
• Ability to provide input into design of creative solutions to produce competitive business advantage
• Ability to provide input into the design of business performance targets and measurement methods
• Awareness of change management issues and opportunities
• Awareness of traditional BPR theories and techniques e.g. IPO, Six Sigma
• Educated at least to degree level.
